Autumn Focaccia & Soup Workshop & Dinner
An interactive autumn supper led by Chef Raven and Chef Patrick. Chef Raven shares her secrets for her signature focaccia, and Patrick demonstrates how to build rich, deeply flavored soups. The ticket includes misoyaki-spiced squash soup, salad, focaccia, a light dessert, and recipes to take home, plus a guided tour of the spice lab. Tickets: $80. Workshop and dinner start at 6:15pm; bar & shopping opens at 5:30pm. A $25 reservation deposit is required and is subtracted from your final bill. The restaurant offers a 3% discount on final payment with cash.
