Halloween at the Farm
Join us at Schumacher Farm Park for an evening of Halloween fun! Wander the farmyard filled with storytellers, a witch's house, fortune tellers, games and crafts, marshmallow roasting, and balloon artists. Do a jig with the Waunakee High School Fiddle Band and stay for James the Magician's show at 6:45 in the rustic, historic barn. Get your face painted or a temporary tattoo in the Center for Rural History, and take a wagon ride through the farm fields filled with spooky characters. The whole park is decorated for this rain or shine event, and most guests are young families with school-aged children. All proceeds go to the Friends of Schumacher Farm for projects like prairie restoration, educational workshops, and community events.
