Wednesday Market
The Wednesday Dane County Farmers' Market is held between the Madison Municipal Building and the City County Building on the 200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. It is smaller than the Saturday market, with fruits and vegetables, eggs, cheeses, honey, maple syrup, bakery items, cut flowers, plants, and specialty items. Also at the Wednesday market: free food scrap drop-off (residential only, limit one gallon per person, at the Information Booth), a Radical Coffee mobile espresso bar, and a Taste It Tent sampling in-season produce from 10am to noon. Runs Wednesdays through November 4, 8:30am to 1:15pm. A producer-only market: the DCFM allows only Wisconsin agriculturally related items actively produced by the vendor, and craft-type items are not allowed.
